| ERGO 1F DB. Many riders have already learned the advantages of the shape of the ERGO 1F brake lever, which remains unmodified, but a master cylinder was added in order to enable the usage of the lever with a disc brake. As brake medium use only mineral oil. Now is being supplied only one version : ERGO 1 DB "CS" the closed system, with the master cylinder having an adjusting wheel that has the advantage of enabling the precise adjustment of the lever performace. This version is especially designed for trials where major heat-up of the brake medium does not occur. The levers with the closed system have been tested and are being used by Štefan Pčola and we are using them on our trials bikes as well. The brake lever for disc brakes, ERGO 1F DB, is suitable for all types of two- or more piston brakes that use mineral oil as brake medium. ! Warning ! On this season already are being brake lever with open system, suitable for all kinds of biking! ERGO 1F DB brings a new quality to disc brakes. Warning! The sealing of the filling and deflation orifice is provided for by a steel bullet, which is pressed into the orifice by an adjustment bolt with inner hexagon - see picture. By filling and reparation it is necessary to pay attention, take out the bullet, avoid loosing it and insert it back in again after deflation, before mounting on the bolt again. Štefan Pčola is utmost satisfied with the ERGO 1F DB lever and was riding with it even on the 2003 Trials World Championship series where he was 3rd in the final ranking in the Master class.
