REACTOR RR 32, REACTOR
RR 32 DB. These new uniquely designed hubs evoke the feeling of lightness, speed and action upon first sight. They are being supplied in black color /anodized/ with the RB Design logo and name embedded by a laser. Thanks to a new design of the hub bodies the original weight has been reduced and the product addresses even the more conservative riders. There is a dural axle where three different outer and inner diameters are used on in order to achieve high solidity, mainly in the mostly worn part on the vertical axis of the hub. The freewheel mechanism used is a patent of RB Design named ROLLIN'ROLL. There is also the body of the freewheel among the new unique parts, which is wholly made of stainless steel, and the setting for the cassette has a special shape developed by our company WAVELOC. It is compatible with the systems SHIMANO, SRAM and others. The axial reserve on the hub is easily adjustable by using the original RB Design ending with anĘinner hexagon and 4 bolts with inner hexagon. The hub contains four bearings, double sealed against dust and water. There is a bearing with a larger diameter (6003 2RS) used in the mostly worn part, on the vertical axis, in order to increase the load-bearing capacity. Such bearing is also used on the lefthand side, by the disc, on the REACTOR RR 32 DB hub. The REACTOR RR 32 rear hub is also supplied in the "R" version road, aimed for road-cycling. The REACTOR RF 32 and RR 32 "R" hubs have been successfully used by the Slovak triathlonist, Július Lamoš for the 2nd season already. Pepa Dressler was given the title of World Champion in the Master series
in August 2003, as he was equipped with REACTOR RF 32 and RR 32 hubs. Warning! Perform the maintenance of both the rear hub and the freewheel mechanism according to the instruction, or at the official dealer. For lubricating the ROLLIN'ROLL freewheel mechanism one should exclusively use the ROLLIN´OIL, which is accessible at each dealer! When using other kinds of lubricants it is impossible to guarantee the proper functioning.
